It amuses me greatly that I think of myself mostly as an angsty, rip out your heart kinda writer and yet my most popular stories just... aren't.
I was surprised at the response and general love of a little story about John Sheppard being turned into a polar bear and now my far and away most popular SPN stories have been a short one about poor Dean Winchester being cursed and ending up a doll roughly the size of his brother's hand and the brothers ending up babysitting a rather rambunctious severed hand for Halloween.
Is it the crack? Is it the transformation? Is it that we all just need a laugh at the end of a long day?

skoosiepants with both her wonderful Harry Potter/SGA crossover and probably my most favourite Once Upon a Furry Octopus. Not to mention mmmchelle's Inanimate which is not!transformationfic.
