who is the big spoon/little spoon

Dean's the big spoon. No matter how they go to sleep, Dean will end up curled around John, between him and the door.

what is their favorite non-sexual activity

John hits golfballs off the highest point they can find and Dean shoots them. It's a compromise.

who uses all the hot water in the morning

They're both pretty good at leaving enough for the other person, John out of a strict military impetus to scrub and go and Dean because he'd been conditioned by a Sam that would bitch for days if he didn't get a hot shower.

what they order from take out

Dean will eat anything but takeout of choice is pizza.

what is the most trivial thing they fight over

Hair product - if someone uses the last of it without replacing it there's hell to pay.

who does most of the cleaning

They tend to both be pretty tidy, John because of the military and Dean because of his dad.

who controls the netflix queue

If it were Dean it would be nothing but monster movies and softcore porn. John throws a documentary in there every now and again just to give them some variety.

who calls up the super/landlord when the heat’s not working

Dean's not allowed to anymore because he tends to fall back on threats when he's not getting his way. John's far more diplomatic.

who steals the blankets

John makes like a burrito in bed and Dean spends a lot of time trying to unravel him.

who leaves their stuff around

They're both pretty tidy but Dean is almost obsessive about not leaving a trace of them behind.

who remembers to buy the milk

Dean remembers because his dad never did.

who remembers anniversaries

Dean's got a head for dates and he also looks forward to the anniversary sex all year because generally it's epic.
