Coming off my self-imposed mini-hiatus... because work is dead and I'm just waiting on one contract. But I have to stay here...

So, for January 1st, request other firsts. Name a character from any fandom I usually write and a first time (kiss, kill, make cupcakes, etc) and I will write a ficlet.

On the first day of the new year, it's time for some first times...

The MPs just wave him through and Teal'c pauses before he steps out into the sunlight. He's been offworld plenty of times with his team but stepping through the Stargate is like moving through a vast series of rooms.

He's never felt free and outside since he came to Earth.

"Have a good one Mr T!" one of the guards calls jovially and the other laughs. Teal'c looks back at them, dons his baseball cap and steps out.
