Never, ever, EVER will I again wait 15 years between dentist visits. I'm just going through an ongoing treatment hell... Fillings today, on opposite sides so the parts of my face that aren't numb feel twice the size.

Anyway, I'm determined not to be blue about it. The sun is shining, I'm not at work (and have the day off tomorrow) and I had a good weekend.

Any character/pairing from the fandoms I usually write get a happy ending. Either canon or from my stories... (want to know what ultimately happens to the zombie!bunnies?)

Only exclusion is any ongoing verse... ;)

There's pain and heat and then... nothing.

Sam Anders blinks and he's in an empty hanger. He looks around for a moment because he could've sworn...

"You took your time!"

Sam turns just in time to get an armload of Kara as she flings herself at him. All he can do is hold onto her as he feels her bury her face in his neck. He must squeeze too hard because she squeaks and wriggles out of his grip.

"Where-?"

"I wouldn't ask," Kara says, scrubbing hands through her hair. She's wearing loose black pants and a black tank top. Her hair is pulled back and her face is clean. She looks lovely.

"Can I maybe ask how?" Anders prods and Kara's lips tilt in a grin as she shakes her head.

"C'mon," she says, holding out a hand. Even though the space was empty a few moments ago, Anders can see the Blackbird behind her.

"Come fly with me."

mwhahahah. You know what's sad? I'm totally convinced this is Kara and Sam reincarnated as Peacekeepers. *flees* (because that's a ticket to a happy ending, man)
