Maybe I need a few weeks of non-writing every now and again because IDEAS. Here are more being added to the evergrowing Avengers WIP pile. (If anyone wants to save me by writing these for me I won't object.
-> Bruce/Darcy where Clint is overprotective, Tony is inappropriate and Darcy rolls her eyes a lot.
-> Darcy/Clint where SHIELD can't actually employ Darcy because she has a record but slowly and surely she's hired by every Avenger.
-> Darcy/Clint where Darcy is dating Peter Parker because Clint takes too long to get over himself so Clint has to win her back, FROM SPIDERMAN.
-> Clint/Peter Parker where even Clint is surprised.
-> I almost forgot the Clint takes dance classes one where all the Avengers eventually follow him much to his annoyance.
And to tide you over, more Clint/Coulson fake!boyfriends:
Clint volunteers to take their bags to their room, looking much too gleeful about it when he finds out they're bunking in Phil's old bedroom. Phil watches him thump up the stairs before he turns to his mother.
"He's going to be disappointed when he finds it isn't a shrine to a younger me."
"You know I'm not sentimental about things, just people," she says, darting out a hand to pinch his cheek. Phil's not sure why, even after all his years of training, he still can't anticipate and therefore avoid his mother's cheek-pinch move. "Scruff-"
"Can you please not call me that in front of him?" Phil begs, wondering what it is about his parent's house that reduces him to a stumbling fifteen year old.
"I'm sure he'll think it's adorable," she dismisses and Phil grunts.
"That's the problem. He'll think it's adorable and then tell everyone we've ever met."
"You're precious," his mom says which means she's going to pick another time when there is as big an audience as possible and call him by his pet name as loudly as possible and then explain it.
He's doomed.
Clint appears at the bottom of the stairs, looking less exuberant. "Were you really into crafts and sewing when you were a kid?"
"My mom recommissioned my room as soon as my foot his the outside world," Phil says, sees her roll her eyes behind Clint.
