Rec-Go-Round: Rec me one story you've written that you're proud of, any genre, here on my LJ.

Then go forth and ask the same in yours.

I adore this idea because I want my comment page filled with lovely fic I can move into my memories and adore over and over again...

If you lurk/don't write, rec a story you love of someone else's... I'm not fussy. :)

Here's mine... I know this is cheating but I've seen this on so many flists that I'm doing this the lazy way...

SG-1 - Kaboom - It's Gen Team-y fic and I didn't ignore Teal'c... :)

SGA - Monday's Child. It's rare that a story turns out the way you've hoped it would... Another gen... wow... what's wrong with me... heh.

Um, ok. *grin*

I'm gonna cheat. I only have one story (Okay, so it's half a story), so I'm gonna rec the one story that got me into McShep also.

The Thin Line <-- my story
Small Primes & Sqaure Roots by LiviaPenn <-- one of the best stories EVER

I will rec you Laced with its Presence, which is my most unusual fic, and one of my earliest, and most creative, and oddly, first person POV.

It's from the S6 episode Frozen (you remember the ancient woman frozen in ice? Ayana? Yeah, that one,) and Jack/Daniel... in memory at least. I made mistakes in it, but they feel like small ones now. Small things I would change. All in all, I'm ridiculously proud of it, particularly since it was one of my early efforts.

Wow... this is beautiful and stark and painful... just lovely...

I loved 'Kaboom'! Mandles! That still makes me laugh, like four months later... :)

I've got little in the way of Stargate fic to rec aside from my teamficathon stories. But I do have some 100-word drabbles that I am very proud of. So, here's the sum total of all SGA words I've written: Warm-up Round

This one's my favorite: I Win, a double drabble about McKay in Before I Sleep. It's short, I wrote it in 15 minutes for a challenge and was very happy with how it turned out. That doesn't happen very often.

I'm tempted to rec my first CSI fic, but I don't want to be hit with sticks.*g*
So I'm going to rec Soldier. I know you've read it, but it's my favorite of my posted fics, and I'm quite proud of myself for doing second person POV.

Yes, i have but was nice to refresh and others on my flist might not have seen it... :)

I'm new to writing fic, but I am still proud of a few of my stories. I was happy with them for very different reasons though. Probably the first fic I wrote that I was really happy with was a McKay Sheppard fic called Memory in a Touch, so I'll rec you that one. Plus it came with the added bonus of a Newkidfan vid, which I still love to pieces. :D

*slinks away* This feels so weird. Have a great Easter break!
