Big Bang; fic; Hunger Games

-> I'm not going to panic about NO ARTISTS wanting my avengers_bang story even so much as their third choice thus far. It's early and I've been RIDIC spoiled with spn_j2_bigbang and that's much larger. Hell, I'm sure I could knock up some stick figure Tony/Steve action if my story remains a Bang orphan. Heh.

-> I've finished a Clint/Coulson story for sirona_gs inspired by this post which will be going up later tonight when I get home from Hunger Games. I'm sneaking it in as the mistaken identity fill for my cliche table.

-> I'm seeing Hunger Games and I'm sure I'm one of only a few people seeing it THAT KNOWS NOTHING. I don't even really know what it's about but I'm going along with a friend that's a fan. I pointedly did not read up because I tend to like movies more when I have no idea (Inception BLEW MY MIND because I went in not knowing a thing!)

damn, your avengers_bang is that werewolf story we had an excerpt the other day and there is no one claiming it? HOW?!? I didn't sign up for that bigbang, but I'd do art for it in a moment. tell me if it's orphaned or if they re-open artist sight up, I'd be honored to try and do something for it.

I have only the most basic of ideas about Hunger Games myself, but I'm still debating in going to see the movie or not (I do plan reading the books eventually). Have fun! (can't wait for the C/C fic!)

I hope your story gets an artist, it sounds awesome and art is always a bonus with good fic. I'm really liking your avengers fic in general though, which isn't surprising as I've enjoyed your fic in every fandom I've read it in. It's funny every time I wander into another fandom I seem to eventually meander across your fic. Except Losers...you never wrote anything in that one did you? Anyway babbling sorry.
As for Hunger Games I hope you enjoy it. I also haven't read the books and don't really know more than a few basics about it. Heard nothing but good things about the movie though.

Heh... I started a Losers story but I never posted... I think Losers I'm happy to read but I wasn't that worried about writing. I've recced stories though! :D

I haven't checked the claims yet -- they opened at 2am my time last night, which (for a change) caught me in bed, so. And would you look at that, no one's claimed ours either! :) We did get one third choice option, though, so that's something? :D I'm not too bothered, tbh, art is always a bonus for me in these cases. But I'm sure someone will claim your story, IT SOUNDS AMAZING AND I KNOW IT'LL BE EVEN BETTER. *______*

Yes, I am lame and it was taken as soon as I posted... heh. The only Big Bangs I've done are Supernatural where there is always a made flurry of claims, this is more a slow trickle. :)

I'll be interested to hear what you think of the film; I have read the first 2 books because my facebook friends were banging on about how awesome they were - and I wasn't that impressed. I think the movie will be better than the book, from what I've heard.

It was... fine? It was a little slow and there were things that kind of bugged me about it that might be addressed in the book. I'm going to read the book (at least the first one) because I'm interested but mostly because there were things that just didn't sit right.
