-> I can't believe I failed to mention I have [livejournal.com profile] ignited as my artist for [livejournal.com profile] spn_j2_bigbang. Whee, so super keen!

-> There is a guy at work that I call Eyore, because everything and I mean EVERYTHING is terrible every day and he just has to tell me how terrible. It's hard to stay my chipper self in the face of that. Calling him Eyore does help though.

-> I've just had the 3-day-knock-you-flat-please-please-kill-me type of migraine. I haven't had one of those for AGES so if I ever needed proof that my migraines were caused by diet and exercise then that's it. Time to get back into training and stop eating the bad foods. At least my bosses husband gets migraines so even though she's never had one, she doesn't think I'm calling in sick with just a headache which has happened to me at previous jobs.

-> I am doing a Saturday morning boot camp and I really like it even though I am the MOST UNFIT PERSON THERE by like, MILES. Oh, okay, not exactly true. My friend who I dragged along and can't finish might be the unfittest but that's because he tries to do everything the super fit guy does whereas I pace myself and do the girly versions of the exercises just until I build up my fitness again.

-> Speaking of which, starting the C25k next week. Running has always been the one thing with me that hasn't improved as my weight's gone down. Time to get over that hurdle. What's nice is there's a free downloadable music mix for each week that has the running times incorporated.

-> MUST GET CHARITY FICS FINISHED - ARGH! They're both halfway but I keep switching between them but need to finish one and then finish the other one in order so that they actually get finished.

Good luck with C25K! I was really glad I did it- I got hooked on running and have kept it up ever since!

And don't worry about bootcamp. Give it everything you have and you'll be fine. The people who lead those things do pay attention to effort. I did the same thing a few months ago and had a great time. I got some extra attention and assistance, because while I was one of the least in shape, I was trying so hard to do everything and the trainer liked it enough he wanted to help me get better.

Yay for getting healthy!

Yay! I hope so because running just seems to be the one thing that my body just refuses to get. Argh!

Luckily bootcamp is being run by a friend of mine so it's not too heinous. I just go as hard as I can but also pace myself so I can finish. :D
