Why is there no release date for S4 Supernatural here yet?? *grouchy face* Okay, so here in the down undah getting things on TV is usually a suckfully long wait but at least, at least we never usually have to wait that long for DVD releases.

Is it because they *know* I decided to wait for the DVDs to watch the second half of the season??

In other news, they have Leverage in stock. Is it worth it? Will I like it? Tell me o' wise flist because I've heard good things and the complete season is only forty bucks which ain't too bad here. :) It's actually less than some movies.

I also just bought Being Human - I have wanted to see that in FOREVER!!

LEVERAGE IS AWESOME!!!

So I don't know your tastes specifically, but I find it lots of fun. (The basic plot line is Ocean's 11 crossed with Robin Hood in serialised TV.) It's got fun characters with good interactions and silly faces. Occasionally (okay, lots of the time), they have fail with details of the con, but whatever, we don't watch it for that. If you want, I can point you to some Leverage fanfic that gives a sense of the show?

Nooooo... I don't want to read fic before I watch something because then I'll have OPINIONS and fannish EXPECTATIONS and they might surpass show or not live up to show and I will be all heartbroken. :D

It's weird, sometimes I have absolutely no desire to read fic about a show, even if I love it. I have no desire to read Heroes fic, I dabbled in Office fic but lost interest *really* fast (mostly because no one was writing Jim/Ryan apocafic which is what I really wanted). I'm watching and enjoying True Blood but again have absolutely no desire to seek out fic. I guess it has something to do with fulfilling maybe something I don't get from the show. Supernatural has a lot of backstory to play with and a lot of possible future stuff and the boys don't have time to hug as much as I'd like them to so I need fic. :)

However, I will possibly hit you up for recs when I am done watching the first season. :) It feels like the kind of show where I *will* want to indulge.

:) That makes sense. (I find that the fandom helps to fill the 'I want more team-banter and team-interaction' niche). Please do hit me up for recs. I'm working on a gigantic rec list, I've got >10 right now and I'm hoping to end up in the high teens :)
