I'm going to be at work alone tomorrow so I'm indulging in a meme... :D
My master lists are on my user info and are (mostly) up to date now. (I think just the last couple of stories I've written need to be put up there).
Not sure if anyone is around on a Sunday night... :)
YOU pick a scene from one of my fics that you want to see from another character's perspective. I write it! Any story, any POV.

John is watching his youngest pen a letter to himself. It's an odd thing to be doing, but not so odd since in a few hours Sam won't remember having written it, anything leading up to it, including their mutual betrayel of Dean. John had known handing the keys to the Impala over to Dean would get him out of the house like nothing else would.
"I can't stay..." Sam says and then looks up, swallows hard. "I can't stay like this," he corrects although John knows probably the first unfinished sentence would be more accurate.
Later, when he's standing at the screen door and his wingless son is sitting on the steps, waiting for his brother, John wonders if he did this for Sam, for Dean or for himself.
Maybe with this one act, he's releasing all three of them.

I read this at work on my email, but I can't comment there, so sorry for the late reply. I love it! Oh John! :)

He had been expected to stand in front of his God if anything threatened him. Thinking about it now, it should have clued him in ealier that the Goa'uld were only playacting at being pantheon if they were so worried about assasination attempts.
All-knowing and Ra had a taster because he was worried about being poisoned.
As Teal'c watches Daniel edge towards the table with the unstable weapons, his only regret is not knowing for sure if O'Neill and Samantha are somewhere safe.
"We'll be..." Daniel starts but then looks at Teal'c. He could think of a couple of ways to end that sentence and there's no telling which one would be right. "Anyway, we could just take out this room or a whole city block."
"Let us hope it is only this room then," Teal'c says, incling his head in Daniel's direction. Daniel edges closer to the table, leans forward and squeezes his eyes shut.
"This may hurt," he says grimly and then elbows the naquadah-enhanced dirty bomb onto the floor.

Scaring her off their trail is what they're here for and he'll probably lessen the dangerous but reasonable vibe Dean was going for if he cracks up in the first five seconds. Dean snatches the legal pad she was working on and reads through it for so long that Sam gets bored and kicks him in the shin.
Dean's good. He doesn't show any sign but instead kicks Sam right back. Rory lets out a small laugh and Sam and Dean both look at her but she flushes prettily and apologies. "Hi," Dean says, giving Rory his you want me, you just haven't realise it yet smile that makes Sam want to smack his head on the diner table. "So, we have a bit of a problem."
Sam isn't sure what he's expecting, but suddenly the girl looks pissed off. "You can't just show up here," she snaps. "If you think you can frighten me into dropping my story then you've obviously never met a Gilmore." Dean is looking so fantastically stunned that Sam can't help the grin that escapes.
"And you," Rory says, swinging her attention to Sam who fights the urge to lean away from her. "Don't think you can just sit there and... loom!"
Now Sam can see that Dean is the one fighting laughter. The tell-tale tick in his jaw betrays him. Rory snatches her legal pad back out of Dean's hands and for a second Sam thinks that she might just beat them both to death with it.
"I'm leaving now," she announces, sounding like every school teacher that scared the crap out of Sam. “If you try and stop me I will scream my lungs out and you can get a second go at those mugshots.”
Dean looks like he's going to try blocking Rory in but Sam gives him the let her out nod and Dean is shifting his ass out of the booth so quickly Sam's surprised he doesn't just fall out the end. Rory actually packs her things and finishes her coffee before leaving with a swish of hair and another death glare tossed over her shoulder.
"Um," Dean says brightly. "That went well."

I Never, John's pov, pretty please? I've always been curious about what exactly he told Lorne. And if they really got trapped by accident, or if that was a oh so subtle attempt at match-making by the members of the expedition. I can totally see, say, Zelenka plotting it all so that the Lorne/Novak rom com would actually end with a happily ever after.

It was always fascinating to watch a Winchester eat, Melinda had learned. Dean ate with an unmatched gusto, devouring until his cheeks bulged and he couldn't fit more in. Melinda thought maybe Sam had rebelled and became an almost fussy eater by consequence, picking food apart and eating with almost surgical precision.
Except when he was tired or hurting.
Then, Sam mirrored Dean exactly so once they were done, all food in their path would look like the aftermath of a very small tornado.
Now Dean was trying to show her the photo of Sam, marbled and almost dead-looking and she cringed away from them, defending herself by shoving more cake in their direction.
These boys... she didn't know why she felt so protective, why it was easy, so, so easy to cling to them like they were her own. She wasn't much older than Dean herself but it didn't make a difference. Just the prospect of losing either of them so soon after...
So soon after.
“So, maybe you guys should think about sticking close by here,” Melinda urged, making both Sam and Dean look at her. “You’re safe here and…” she shrugged, making a helpless gesture with her hands.
She knew Dean more than Sam found Sanctuary almost stifling. He was... not exactly happy but certainly content there but she knew there was a difference. Every time Dean ranged out on a hunt that took him past the city limits he was a different man.
Sam though, in Sam Melinda saw someone who longed for roots but didn't quite understand how to go about putting them down. She knew their small town wouldn't hold the both of them for very long but she could dream.
“I’m just glad you’re okay,” Melinda interjected when both boys had turned their attention back to each other.

Daniel parries the third sandwich Jack tries to push onto his plate and looks up. "Who's doing what now?"
"Cameron," Jack clarifies, flicking his eyes enough that Cameron will have no idea he's been noticied staring but giving Daniel his exact position in the cafeteria. Daniel, for his part, does an elaborate yawn and stretch in that direction and then laughs when Jack smacks him in the side of the head.
"What's he doing?"
"I think he's trying to figure out how I broke you."
"You didn't break me."
"Oh yes," Jack says, holding up a finger and raising an eyebrow like he is pronouncing a truth for the ages. "I broke you."
"If anyone broke anyone, it was me that broke you."
"How do you figure?" Jack asks, sitting back.
"Well, I got that extra dig time on P4X-909 even though you had that rash. I got to bring the carved tablets back from 785 that were supposed to be quarantined for eleven months and you came to that lecture on how Middle Earth can't possibly be a real place."
"What does that prove?"
"That I have you wrapped around my little finger," Daniel said, liking the way Jack's face froze and his ears reddened.
"I just wish he'd quit staring," Jack grumbled, tossing a scarily accurate apple over his shoulder that hit Cameron squarely on the temple. He leaned forward and Daniel did too. "You watch hockey."
"I read while you watch hockey and you fetch beers for me."
"I really hate you."
"You really don't."

When Ronon slid through the door into the tiny room he saw the man sitting on the cot, head in hands. The only indication that he knew Ronon was in the room was a slight drop in the shoulders.
“I hear you dispatched three of my men,” Ronon said.
