1. j2_everafter fic. Robin Hood.

Progress - Obviously haven't started, just getting used to the idea of corrupting one of my favourite cartoons from childhood... heh. Also, I'm thinking Jensen of Loxley will be falling for Little Jared and Chad Hiss amuses me too much. "Looooook into my eyesssss bitchessssss"

2. Sweet Charity fic - SGA, AU, John/Rodney, Ronon.

Progress: There's light at the end of the tunnel!

Rodney puts the back of his hand on the forehead of the man in front of him because he saw a doctor do that on television once. He tries dredging up memories of Carson and how he was with patients but all he can picture is Carson hovering, looking concerned and writing things on clipboards.

He's not sure he'll get away with that for very long here.

The only other memory Rodney has of Carson actually doing something medical was Carson in the field, packing some poor kid's guts back into his stomach and Rodney thinks that's probably a little beyond his skill level in this area.

3. Small Town cops AU - SPN, AU.

Progress - Still currently put aside but I'd actually written more than I realised. The working title of this fic is currently "Dean walks into a bar" and I'm thinking of leaving it.

“You okay?” Dean asks. They’re sitting sharing a pie Angeline had brought in. Dean had taken a few mouthfuls before he’d decided that his philosophy that even bad pie was good needed to be revised. He sets aside his spoon and quirks an eyebrow at Bobby who still has his first mouthful hovering in front of his lips.

“Just… it was creepy as all get out,” Bobby says with a little shudder. Dean hadn’t actually been inside the house but the photos were enough to maybe give him nightmares to rival Sam’s for the next few weeks.

Somebody had had a party.

Somebody had fun.

“Hey, least this place is too small to have a serial killer,” Dean says with a wry grin. “They’d run out of victims pretty damn quick and we could arrest whoever was left.”

“Har har,” Bobby sniffs, but he finally has his spoon meet his mouth and then pulls a face. “Christ almighty, what is this?”

4. Shut In - SPN Gen Possession fic

Progress - This is nearly done but I've had something horrible happen, I can only find a saved copy that doesn't have the last 1,000 words or so I'd written for this. I'm *hoping* that I saved the full version on my external harddrive *before* I deleted it from the computer and only saved a previous draft but I don't know *bites fists*.

“You go and ask Sam just exactly what he did because I can guarantee that it wasn’t good. I want you boys here and I mean yesterday.”

Bobby hangs up on him and Dean looks towards the door of the motel room and sees Sam standing there with what would probably be dinner. He’s still got the gloves on and Dean narrows his eyes.

“Something you want to tell me?” Dean asks.

“I found a way. That’s all that matters,” Sam snaps, going from zero to angry faster than Dean has ever seen him, even with dad. Sam’s fury was always a slow burn until he snapped and it worries Dean that he’s got the brakes off all of a sudden.

5. Keptverse fic - Milo/Adrian, reference to Milo/Jared

Status: Started - The Milo-Adrian POV from And Paid For with a little more backstory.

“What am I doing here?” Adrian grumbles, snugging his tie tighter. He catches his profile in the glass and turns with an annoyed huff, trying to tame his hair just by combing his fingers through it and failing dismally. All of a sudden his eyes refocus and it’s like one of those old 3-d pictures coming into view, a man barely done being a boy sitting, cuffed to a table with a cup of coffee by his elbow. “What’s this?”

“You pay me for my eye,” Harris says, his tone neutral and not prideful in the least, just stating a fact. He raises two fingers to the glass and slowly outlines the man beyond with them. “I deliver.”

OMG!!! LMAO!!! This amuses me greatly, and I can't wait to read it! I loved this cartoon. I think I need to watch it again. :)

Oh, I'm so glad that you decided to do the challenge after all! I got the one I wanted, and I'm terribly excited about it. I've already got some 1600 words (granted, I started writing it before the challenge was officially open, but still).

Robin Hood was one of my favorite movies as a kid, so I'm excited to see what you do with it. Will you be using solely the animated version or will you borrow things from the other incarnations?

Hahahaa... I'm just glad I *didn't* start.

I'll probably use *mostly* the animated version but so far I'm planning on setting it modern day and the characters won't be animals.
