Don't ever leave me...

I'm not planning on migrating completely to Dreamwidth because it took a long time to build up the community feeling I have here, but if anyone has an invite code I would be quite grateful because I recognise that a lot of people are absconding and I want to keep track of them.

It doesn't have to be now, when it goes into open beta is fine - kellifer_k at yahoo dot com.

I just hope people do keep a presence here because I wasn't planning on migrating completely, but if it ends up being just me and the tumbleweeds then I might have to.

State of writing...

Argh, there had been absolutely NO state of writing to report on for the last... I don't know how long but I was starting to get worried. What with Big Bang and J2 Everafter coming up (thank goodness for extensions!!) and me basically having no progress.

I'm nearly 9k down on Big Bang as of tonight because I sat down at 3pm and just wrote. I had an extended long weekend but didn't get any time to myself and actually had to bail on plans for tonight to just get some alone time. (I get weird and a little jittery if I don't get any time to myself). But I feel better having knocked out another chunk. I just have to sew the bits of my J2 piece together like a mismatched quilt and that will almost be done as well. (Any real resemblance at this point to the source material may actually be accidental, heh!).

I just... miss getting stories out. I'm nowhere near as productive as I used to be and that's a product of RL and a job where I am actually busy during the day which doesn't sound bad but I still miss... I don't know, knocking a whole bunch of stories over in a short space of time.

Good news is, we're finally getting Merlin on TV here in a few weeks so I might actually be able to read some of the stories I've only been able to stare longingly at thus far.
