Well, firstly -

Supernatural receives early pickup for Season Four.

Also, usually "Aussie" versions of other country's shows just make me... meh. But... I'm loving SYTYCD thus far. I have never, and I mean *NEVER* actually enjoyed a *dancing* show before. If you knew me, you'd also make the bzuh?? face, just like most of my friends when I unabashedly enthuse my love for it.

My favourites thus far? Demi and Jack.

though i do have a soft place in my heart for sermsah and camilla coz their ninja dance was freaking awesome and hello that cat burglar dance in week one!!!!

oh and i agree about foreign show remakes. they seem to be missing something pretty important. is it just the quality, you think?

oh but you have to bow down to the love. it sneaks up on you and next thing you know you are having impassioned conversations at the top of your voice in a crowded lecture theatre about how much you do not like natalie basingwaithe (sp?) and how vanessa dances well but sounds to you like nails on a chalkboard. or something *iz innocent*

I know what you mean about this Aussie reincarnations. Back home, I wouldn't even touch reality shows with a 12-foot pole but since I'm here, I seem to be watching every one of them.

The dancing was better than I expected. Some tend to surprise you again and again (hello Rhys, Demi, Henry), and others just whine about how their piece is not their genre (hello jazz girls). It's cool to watch. And oh how my friends back home cringe when I confess I watch these ;)
