Pull out the huge pile of mail I have in my letterbox and bring it inside. Flicking through... bills, bills, bills, bills... what's this??

Thankyou honey!!! *grins like a mad thing*

It's up on my fridge next to the randomly received postcard from a friend in England, also unexpected...

Man, I miss the days when people had penpals... do people still do that? This day and age I've got some friends overseas that I email quite regularly but I so miss getting a letter in the mail... Actually being excited about getting to the mail box...

If you want random mail from an aussie, send me your address (Don't be shy... I can't really stalk you from over here... heh... ) I'm sure I'm not the only person that gets stupidly happy about stuff like this...

Yay! I'm glad you got it! I was wondering how long it would take to get there, and I was hoping the US postal service didn't lie to me on their website about how much it was to send a postcard internationally. Heh!

It's such a cool little pick-me-up to get even just a little postcard that says 'hi'. :)

Plus, I HAD to give you the faux planet of the apes, statue of liberty card. Because, COOL! I wish they still did stuff like that on the lakes in winter.
