-> I saw Die Hard 4.0 on the weekend and yeah, kickass. Although I just realised that even though I loved the first two, I never actually saw the third one. Ha! While Justin Long was here I heard a radio interview with him and he was talking about how weird it was that people would just call him Mac like it was normal. He was in a bar and a bartender was trying to squeeze past with an armload of empty glasses and said, "Hey Mac, could you move a bit buddy?" without blinking an eye. Heheheee...

-> Four day weekend this weekend... woo!

-> I'm ready for my shows to come back on. I want new Heroes, Supernatural, Atlantis, The Office... (SG-1...*sniff*) NOOOOOOW!!

-> Where the hell did Torchwood go?? Is Aussie teev screwing me again? After five episodes it can't just... disappear!!
(Edited to add: Thanks to lyssie who pointed me in the direction of a post where I was able to find that it had moved to midnight on a Wednesday night from Monday 9.30pm with absolutely no notice. MIDNIGHT??? This is why scifi suffers in Aus. Because people are sick of trying to watch shows when they get moved/stop/shown out of order completely at random. Don't get me started on what they did to Farscape and it WAS MADE HERE!!)

RAAAAAAAAAAAAAGE! No, I don't still have issues about that at all. Why do you ask?

The TW move was highlighted in the Green Guide here in Melbourne, and in the entertainment mag that comes with the Sunday Age. In fact TW was 'pick of the day' in the Sunday mag with a little blurb about how cross the writer was about it being moved. It made me feel slightly better.

What I don't get is every other show in the universe when moved gets a teensy "here's where it's moving" announcement at the end of the ep...

I figure they were pulling TW and didn't know where they were sticking it so didn't announce anything, and even cut off the 'next on TW' trailer so we'd, I don't know, think it had ended or something.

I can tell them WHERE TO STICK IT!!!!
