I didn't like being grumpy on the anniversary of my birth but I was...

But now I'm not so much and it's mostly thanks to you guys *smishes*.

I have a cupcake (mmmmmmmm....) on my userinfo from the lovely surrealphantast and have received a lot of nice wishes.

Ooooh, also - annerbhp, I got a postcard from you! *tackle hugs* Which was completely unexpected and completely great. *smiles*

A friend is picking me up the ze dinner tonight so all I have to do is be ready and there is a completely bad-for-me pear pastry sitting on my desk from the *other me* in the office because she's a sweetheart. My Dad is picking me up from work because it's raining... yeah, I'm so spoiled!

Altogether feeling much happier.

Happy birthday!! I'm happy to hear the postcard arrived near such a momentous occasion. I mean...I, of course, planned it as such. Um. Really. :)
