My precioooooous 'use old way' link is goooooone. I'm worried this means I will be forced into the new flist format as a next step. It might be fine since I'm used to tumblr now and that seems to be what it was modelled on but I fear change. :<

-> I will hopefully have a TW story posted very soon! It's not ANY of the ones I've been working on recently, something I wrote over the last few days because I am truly hopeless at focusing. I also still need to post a round up of recent recs - I haven't forgotten, I was just waylaid.

Argh. I didn't think the option could last but I was clinging to hope. :( I liked writing stories in protected journal entries because the interface was nice but I might have to go back to google docs because it's so ugly.

I'm sure I'll get used to it, but ugh.

I used that 'use old' link until the very last second and weep for the loss of it. The new page is terrible. :(

Google docs does this weird thing for me at work where I type and its delayed... like takes a while for the letters to come up, must be the firewalls or something, I don't know, but it means it's unusable. THE NEW LJ POST BOX DOES THIS TO ME. I would write in a protected journal entry at lunchtimes when I was bored and now I caaaaaan't. :(

I've been writing my LJ entries from Dreamwidth for a while, even though it's by principle (99% of the comments and interaction I have is on LJ). it crossposts automatically and keeps the security setting, so if you'd want to go there... the interface is the "old LJ one", mainly.

I saw what you describe in comments about googledocs and IT DOES THE SAME FOR ME, so annoying. and unusable (and don't even try to check out googledocs spreadsheets).

why do you want to make us suffer, technology? WHY?

I am soooo not looking forward to the change in the LJ page style.

but what I am ALWAYS looking forward to is fic by you in fandoms we share! yay! :)
