Hi, yes, I'm here, I'm here! Tumblr really devours your soul doesn't it?

I've been writing though! Working on spn_j2_bigbang and the fusion Teen Wolf Big Bang and then I think about a dozen other things. I'll be posting a listing of the recs I've posted on tumblr recently. There'll be Teen Wolf, Avengers, Losers and Justified (just the one, *sigh*, I love that show an unreasonable amount - possibly because flatmate from Kentucky's accent gets thicker whenever he watches it and he gets more ornery... heh).

In the mean time, have a snippet Teen Wolf superpowers AU. I was thinking about a powered fusion AU for a while and went with Wild Cards because I'd always liked the idea of that verse. You won't have to be familiar with the verse to read it but I'll be doing a tiny primer in any case. All you really need to know is that Earth was hit with an alien virus that killed a WHOLE lot of people, but also gave some god-like power or devastating mutations. I'm not sure how but I've written 7k of this in a week so it's sure to be done very soon!

"Alright, enough," Chris says, clapping his hands together. "Remember that despite the way he currently looks, Derek is a human being. If any of you think it's funny to try and play fetch with him, I'll give him permission to eat you."

"Can he talk?" Boyd asks. He's a little braver than the rest of them, walks right up to Derek and holds a hand out for him to sniff at curiously. He does, then kind of nudges Boyd's shoulder which looks like a greeting but nearly knocks Boyd on his ass.

"Not... he hasn't since..." Peter kind of flails his hands a little. It's the first time he hasn't looked downright smarmy, more at a loss. "He has his own way of communicating."

"I'll bet... oh hey, he's coming over here, fabulous," Stiles says, backing away till he's against the rolling door when Derek trots over and presses a wet, curious nose against his cheek. He reaches down and mouths at a corner of Stiles' overshirt, tugs until Stiles is nearly yanked off his feet and contemplating teleportation to somewhere safer, like anywhere other than there.

"Huh, he doesn't usually like other people," Peter says, his eyebrows furrowing a little.

"This is a good sign?" Stiles squeaks as Derek tows him back towards the others by his shirt, grumbling deep in his throat. He looks soft this close up, fur thick and plush but Stiles isn't about to push his luck any further by trying to pat the overly large monster.

"Look, this has been fun but-" Stiles blinks and he's back in his rooms. He shrugs his overshirt off which has two large holes in the bottom and is pretty damp from drool. He knows it was probably rude to disappear like that, but the others can catch him up later.

OMG, yes, tumblr devours your soul. Man. This is me, just in case you're interested.

I also got sucked into not only Teen Wolf, but into that fusion big bang thing. I came up with mine before I even knew there was the big bang challenge and then I read about it, and it was like it was fate. I'm doing a Ladyhawke fusion thing. Not an AU.

I can't WAIT to see how the rest of your story turns out. I love what you have so far!!!!!

You know what would be AMAZING? TW/Justified AU. Suddenly, I want it SO BAD.

I keep getting hit with all these fusion bunnies when I hang out on tumblr. I had this great one for a TW/Farscape story that I think would eat my soul if I even tried to write, and then someone had this X-Files/Pretty Woman thing that would be amazing if the right person did it...

Heh, this isn't even my fusion Big Bang! I am working on all the wrong things! My fusion big bang is an Aliens fusion. I've written about 9k on that one and it's a 10k challenge though so feeling reassured. :D

You know, the more I think about it, the more I keep thinking about Derek as Raylan and Stiles as Boyd. Mostly because I think Derek would look better in the hat, but also because I think it plays against the obvious type, but might fit a bit better to the deeper character type. Maybe.

I can see a bit of Eva in Erica, just a little.

And I keep hearing Raylan say that he's a US Marshal, much in the same way that Derek tells everyone that he's the Alpha, so i don't know.

Anyone else have any feels on this one?

I kind of like the idea of Derek as Raylan and Stiles as Tim (I have a HUGE Tim crush because he's so quietly awesome) and whenever Tim is giving Raylan a hard time I am enthralled.

He would be so long-suffering yet snarky. Grown up too soon so he justifies reading YA novels and eating kid's cereal as his right. Derek always trusts Stiles to have his back, take the shot though and Stiles is still kind of grumpy about that time that Derek ditched him with nothing but an ice cream in his hand even though Derek promised HE WOULDN'T.

Omg! You read my mind! I was thinking of Stiles as Boyd too. Derek would shoot folks and wear that hat and have that swagger.


Ooo, Erica as Ava. Yes. yes.

Hmm, Isaac as Tim or Boyd as Tim. Deaton as Raylan's boss maybe.
