-> Haven't been able to get onto AO3 at all today - does this mean I actually have to work on my own stuff instead of reading the eleventy billion bookmarks I have bookmarked? /sighsighsigh.

-> I was asked why there was no Bruce in one of my stories and realised that the Bruce-content was directly related to when I wrote the stories. There is a marked difference between Pre-AV (Avenger Viewing) and Post-AV. I... didn't really know how to write him Pre and also, the only exposure I'd had to Hulk was the tv series and the Ang Lee movie so, not my favourite. I either skirted him completely or was very Bruce-lite. BUT, Post-AV, with MR who I adore and being science!bros with Tony (they have their own handshake by the end of the movie, I swear!) there is now glorious BRUCE feels.

-> Tonight I see Promeeeeeetheus. Had a viewing of extended Aliens in preparation.

Hey hon, it might be faster for you to request an invite through the site. It looks like they've suspended existing user invites while they try to work through the backlog of the site request queue. Maybe request one and then you can have the invite I get if it comes first. :D

Until recently, we were releasing some invitations to existing users who requested them. However, we've taken the decision to suspend issuing invitations this way for the present, to enable us to better monitor site usage. We know that this will be a disappointment to many users who want to be able to invite friends to the site, but we feel that the fairest and most manageable way to manage account creation at present is via the queue alone.

There was something on AO3's Twitter earlier about fixes being made but it still hasn't caught up with everyone.

They've been having a rough time lately, but it does seem to be improving.

Yeah, AO3 has been hit-or-miss for like two weeks for me. Bleh. Still - i endeavor to persevere.

I've been getting error pages for AO3 for a while now, very frustrating for a fic junkie like me! I need my fix! (but as you say, it makes us do other things, HORROR!)

a divide because it was written pre or post Avengers is a perfect reasoning for an increase in Bruce... all the feels for the guy now, seriously ♥ his relationship with Tony is probably my favorite thing in the whole movie ♥
