Doom!cast persists. :((((
I'm being sent to a hand surgeon tomorrow for another opinion. The doctor isn't happy he can still see the fracture and there's no real growth around it and scar tissue forming yet. I might have to be in this horrible thing for another 2 weeks... argh!
I'm hoping if I do have to stay in a cast then they'll be able to take off the plaster cast and put a lighter, less cumbersome one on.
I'm hoping (fingers crossed!) that he thinks it's okay and the cast can come off.
Meep.

From:
no subject
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
2 tablespoons chia seeds, (they float in the almond milk, way cool)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 packet stevia, or aguave sweetner to taste
let sit ten minutes for seeds to expand a little, I usually only have the patience for five, which seems to be enough.
I halve the recipe, though he says you can save some for later, but, depends on if you are a morning person or not. It tastes good, and you can chew some of seeds to convince yourself, that you actually ate something. It's good, good luck with the doctor and the hand. -SB
