Daniel turned his head towards Jack's voice, grinning. "No, really, I don't remember them."
Jack sighed and looked back up at the sky, stretching on the chair with the wobbly leg because he'd let Daniel take the good one. They were on his observation deck and he'd been pointing out constellations. He was starting to suspect that Daniel was asking mostly because Jack liked doing it and less because constellations were something he'd lost when he'd descended.
Sam's head appeared over the edge of the roof and Jack snorted when he noticed that she had a rose clutched between her teeth. "Teal'c's making me do the cha-cha. Come save me."
"Why do you have a rose if it's the cha-cha?" Daniel asked. "Isn't that the tango?"
"You try telling him that," Sam grumbled, plucking the rose from between her teeth and shaking it at Daniel. "Maybe we should be more concerned about why Jack even has plastic roses in his house."
"Sarah left them," Jack said, voice hollow and Sam paled. "Said I was never good at watering the real deal but that you should always have flowers in the house."
"Colonel-"
"It's fine Carter," Jack said, waving a dismissive hand. "When the plastic flowers were here and she wasn't, a knew the goodbye was for real."

I didn't even think it would be going this route...just perfect..I love Daniel and Jack interaction, and I love how Teal'c does the most bizzare things...LOL tango/cha-cha...and the sad tidbit about Jack/Sara....AMAZING GUH!
