I think it's not so much "bad" as what people with Natural magic have traditionally done with it, like if it's easy to come by instead of hard work then it's abused. Great power = great responsibility and yadda. I'm now with hindsight (argh, don't you hate it??) wondering if I should have referred to it as "raw" magic instead, making it seem like something more untamed, more open to corruption. Having raw magic is rare in this little world and the stigma attached to it would come more from people who don't have it and hate that it comes so easily to others.
