I'm still to do annerbhp's birthday Sam/Jack fic and I'm... pretty much staring at a blank screen at a complete loss. Has my muse been completed used up, even to the point where I have rolled up her legs and squeezed her head ala a tube of toothpaste?

I did have an idea... but it's not really an idea, more a thought. Basically I've never done a movie adaptation and after reading skoosiepant's John/Rodney rendition of "Weird Science", I was inspired.

What movie would you like to see remade with SG-1? (With a healthy dose of Sam/Jack to fit the criteria) Throw a stumped girl a bone here... lend me the money to buy a vowel... hit me with a clue-by-four.

(btw, if any of you say the LOTR trilogy, I am willing to get on a plane and travel the twenty hours just to noogie you!!)

I'm not sure why, but I got a flash of the movie 'Somewhere in Time'. Christopher Reeve, Jane Seymour. Time travel. A deep love story. . . It's kinda old, but I adore it. *is a sap*

I was hoping to be at least slightly helpful by coming up with a movie suggestion....but.... *draws a major blank*

Hmmm keeping with a military sort of theme how about Alien? You could try a Hitchcock film like 'Notorious' or 'North by Northwest' or for laughs 'The Trouble With Harry' How about a Musical 'A Chorus Line' Teal'c could do his 'Jazz fingers' 'The Sound of Music' General Hammond in a wimple...shutting up now.
