Bleargh.

That sums up my last week or so. I was doing well, avoiding the black lung flu that had infested my office and brought down about 2/3 of the staff but being surrounded, my body finally relented, threw up its hands and said no more!

In short, being in a closed environment with a bunch of sick people who insist on coming into said enclosed environment to spread their plague makes you sick.

I haven't been able to do much of anything. I'm back at work but I've basically felt the same for the past three days, which is better than the three days before that but only marginally. I'm still waiting to feel human again.

I'm woefully behind on where I wanted to be for my spn_summergen story but I just haven't felt like doing much of anything for a week. If Big Bang told me anything though, it was that I could write 10k in about 3 days so I should be okay. I just need to wedge some writing into my pretty already chock-full weekend.

I just realised I didn't repost the second half of my request fics so I'll try and get that done at some point today...

I'm so sorry you feel bad. I find it ironic that the only things people freely share are germs. And feeling human is vastly overrated.

There are so many sick people in our office, too, that it's ridiculous. I swear to God, it's swine flu. I'm sure of it. There have NEVER been this many sick people in the summer. Ever!

Sorry you have to work around people that are sick, heck whenever anyone at my office even sneezes they have to work from home until they get clearance from doc that they do not have swine flue !!!!

Heh... since the threat level has been downgraded or whatevs they aren't making you take off but you are expected to take a couple of days at first flu-sign. However, IT people are teh crazee and never not go to the office unless they're comatose.
