A male friend of mine borrowed and watched my Felicity DVDs. He was so furtive about asking for them and it was so funny. I thought, what the hell? He might like Gilmore Girls and so handed over the first season. He eyed me dubiously but accepted them.

I got a panicked SMS two days later.

K: Noooooo. Dean and Rory broke up. There is no god!

In honor of Darling Sammy's birthday, I'm using my favourite Sam icon. keepaofthecheez is running the sam_a_palooza and there have been fics and pics galore.

Just to round out the post, a couple of recs.

In Memoriam: May 1984 which is wee!chesters by angstslashhope and is the origin story for Mister Bun! It was cuter than should be allowed and then the final paragraph killed me ded.

Sheltered by Creed by stir_of_echoes. I don't read a lot of Sam/Dean but this was John POV, nothing overtly wincest-y, just the feeling of it. Understated and lovely.
