Weekend of productivity...

Usually those words don't go together... ha! But I lent my car to my flatmate on Sunday (I have to get used to saying that again!!) so was stranded in a nice way (at home with the cat and blankies and music) and got some writing doooooone...

I got done one more request ficlet (but it's wee so I'll wait until I get the others done), started another one and worked on original fic. (I need to get my butt into gear if I'm going to apply for the super special writing workshop of doooom!) Oh and I also found on my spare hard drive the beginning of a John/Rodney fic I DON'T REMEMBER WRITING!! It's so odd... It started to become vaguely familiar as I read it... bizarre!

But! I also got done the Milo/Jared fic for PT and am mostly done with my Rory/Dean fic-swap piece (swapping an R/D for an R/D with oxoniensis... I can be bought. Oh yes, I can be bought!)

In RL news, I'm going to be getting a kitten! We're going to wait until January and pick up an abandoned Xmas kittie...

Also in RL news - I've started receiving Xmas cards! *squishes them* I on the other hand have not sent mine yet because the move has made me actually flat broke. But I will have money in a day and a bit and can send them airmail so they will arrive before chrissie... :)

I was hoping to get a few thousand words done on my spn_holidays story this weekend, and then I could have let myself sneak off and write a bit of Dean and Rory for you. But no such luck, and my parents are due on Tuesday, so that'll curtail my fannishness. And has necessitated a rapid clean up and de-porning of my house!
