turkey day; stuff I'm working on

-> Happy Thanksgiving to those that celebrate. I feel like I have to acknowledge it now I have an American in the household, heh. I'm thankful for this crazy online community that was an escape when I was having the year from hell (which is almost over, thank heaven!). To people like annerbhp, rowan_d, surreallis and janedavitt who were like, the first people I met in fandom and made me see that maybe I wasn't crazy for writing Mary Sue Young Guns fic when I was like, twelve years old. That THERE WERE ACTUALLY OTHER PEOPLE WHO DID THAT. (Maaaaaybe not exactly that...)

-> I'm enjoying my pitch-hit dream_holiday assignment so much that I'm working on that when I should be working on other things... including my first assignment which is due EARLIER. WTH - my prioritisation skills lack. The fake!boyfriends Steve/Tony fic is almost done and will most likely be up in the next few days. I really need to get back to finishing the stuff that has actual deadlines...argh!
