The Photo Meme
Let me know if I missed anything!
Edited to add: I resized ALL of the pictures and yet the only one that worked was the one of my kitten so sorry about the size.

There is where I write, trufax. Note the Jack Skellington pillow because proper back support is always important.

Okay, yes, this is NOT a meal. However, I am on a fairly restrictive low calorie diet at the moment and so this is my once a week indulgence. This is my cake and ice cream people. Cheesey biscuits and pepsi. Such is my life.

So, there's the Hello Kitty wall print that is in pride of place in my kitchen (our house has a boy in it and STILL the Hello Kitty remains!), a little dude in a jar from Scotland that was a weirdly random but cool present from a friend and then SKULL FAIRY LIGHTS! My flatmate bought them as a present for me because SHE OWNS MY SOUL!

I LIVE in my skechies man. I am in love with those.

You know, I have MUCH classier stuff in my bookcase but this is my go-to holiday book. This is the book I read when I can't think of anything else to read. This is my comfort book.

My bookcase. I... kind of need a second one.

We actually have a permanently chocked-full fridge because we're part of a food co-op. Other people buy our food for us, it's a great system!

My rollerskates (how I luuuurve them) and my darling schmoobeear Sammy who is a delicate and graceful flower of a kitten as you can so obviously tell.

Our apartment actually faces a park (nice!) and a freight rail track (not so nice) but the freight trains are pretty sporadic and all other times it's nice and quiet and green.

And your pillow! And the roller skates *g*. Although last time I tried to roller skate (albeit with the type that has the wheels in one row) I fell down more than I was upright...
Seriously, this is cool! Thanks for the peek into your life!
PS: The photos are all the same size now. In my experience it sometimes takes some time till LJ displays pics the way it should.

Yes, I was looking for something that was exercise but FUN and this seemed to be it. I bit the bullet and got some lessons because I happened to know the guy who is the trainer for the Sydney Derby League so I'm getting a lot better!

Nawww... bless you!
Ah, but see, a year and a half ago I weighed 120kgs. (264 pounds for the Americans on the list). I've lost nearly 40kgs but still have a ways to go. It's a long haul project but at least now the end is nigh. :D

It's fun putting faces/objects to people. I'm endlessly fascinated that I interact on a daily basis with people so far away and a little glimpse into their lives is fun!

My Sammy is endlessly snuggly. She has the softest fur of any cat I have ever touched. She's like a super-plush, squiggling, squirming toy! Somebody abandoned her which I DO NOT UNDERSTAND because she is the sweetest, gentlest thing on the planet and eternally huggable.

We were only supposed to look after Sammy for a couple of days because it was my flatmate's cousin who found her... that didn't pan out too well because the first night Sammy following me around the house and being super cuddly and so trusting even though she didn't know us... I was completely gone.
