Apparently there IS a post credit scene in the Avengers?? Are people on my flist joking???

The first time I saw it we were waiting for it and the ushers laughed and assured us there wasn't one so there was no use hanging around!!

Don't tell me this isn't true?????

ETA: Oho! So apparently the AU version doesn't have the last scene. WTH is that??

of what I heard, they filmed the end one at the very last second. Like after the World Premiere in Hollywood, 3 weeks ago, so probably they didn't have time to add it for the movies that started last week. maybe they'll have it from now on?
