I adored this -- found it completely believable and heartbreaking. You definitely get the idea that these characters were set on their path by an even stronger will than John Winchester. I love how you write Dean...his protectiveness toward his self-destructive brother his perfect. This reminds me that I need to go back and re-read your stories.
