I guess I can forgive you for dragging me kicking and screaming into this fandom if you're going to keep delivering gems like this one. I'm generous like that.

Really enjoyed the father/son dynamics. There can never be enough time spent with the Stilinskis. I was very much impressed with the "mystery" behind the Alpha and bite, and was so relieved that you could bring everone together for a happy ending. Yay!

I'm assuming with an Alpha pack on the horizon, that it would be a wasted opportunity for show not to turn one of the humans with a get-out-of-wolfishness-free card up their sleeves but still have the angst.

Unfortunately, if they did it would probably be Allison for "maximum" angst.

I wanted to tell you on LJ (because I still can't figure out the nuances of Ao3) just how wonderful this story was. I downloaded it to my phone and read it over the past two days. I actually kept taking breaks because I didn't want it to be over too quickly and I'm a very selfish reader, I hardly EVER willingly put down fic. I'm a sucker for the Stiles and Sheriff relationship and it's one that I don't often see explored well in fic (maybe because the fandom is younger and it's easier to identify with the kids then the parents.)

Cooper was incredibly creepy and it was nice how my current real life nemesis is named Cooper so it was so easy to hate him. :)

I absolutely adore your Stiles voice. You did a FANTASTIC job of capturing the fact that Stiles is very very smart, funny, sarcastic, cares about his dad more than ANYTHING ELSE IN THE WORLD, and he's sort of a brat at times. I feel like fandom sometimes forgets that Stiles can be a four year old having a tantrum and being mean spirited. It was nice to see ALL of Stiles represented instead of just the fluffy bits. Personally I like that Stiles can be an asshole.

Anyway, fantastic story. Never leave this fandom. Write all the fic in the world. :) Thanks!

Thank you so much! Usually I joint-post on LJ and AO3 but the character limit meant I would have to do 2 entries on LJ and I just so wasn't in the mood for that but I hope it wasn't too annoying only being on AO3!

Me too! Usually the comic foil is just that, an eternal source of amusement but with no other dimension. Stiles is caring and loyal and puts others constantly above himself but he's also a teenage boy which means he's a DICK sometimes. I really love that about him.

Write all the fic in the world.

I think Stiles is my most favorite character to write EVER so I don't think I'm going to stop anytime soon. I feel inspired by this fandom because there is a lot of quality work going on. I keep finding these 20-30k fics just popping up that I've never read that are amazing.

I also need to do SOMETHING to fill in the GIANT six month gap between S2 and S3, argh!

I'm also a little in love with Stiles. He goes into my favorite character draw along with Alec from Dark Angel and Starbuck from Battlestar Galactica.

I've found some GREAT TW fic. Some horrible stuff, but also some amazing things.

Ugh, there is definitely some horrible stuff. Any time I try and find fic for myself, I recoil in horror. I rely on other people's recs and bookmarks.
