In case you didn't know of which I speak of. Based off people on LJ, it's supposed to be the best around. I've actually gotten my mom a copy, but I don't think she's attempted to try to install it post the last sets of finger amputations (plus the fact she and my dad are pretty tech challenged) so I can't speak from RL experience.
