The Love List Meme...
I just feel like smiling today. I hope other people do too.
- My mum, dad, sister and nephew. Above all else, always.
- My friends which are an extended family in all ways.
- Making my nephew laugh
- My kitten's warm, fuzzy belly.
- Writing and finding that place where everything else fades out when writing.
- Score music
- Stephen King stories
- Sharing a love of scifi and fantasy with my dad and how he gets super excited whenever he finds a book he thinks I'll like
- That my mum loves a good car chase or martial arts movie more than anyone I know.
- Making my sister laugh until she's almost crying and can't breathe.
- That my mum talks through movies and reacts and asks questions and makes comments. I've grown up with it so if a movie isn't an interactive experience, I don't enjoy it quite the same way.
- The kind of movies and TV being made today that just spoils us rotten for choice if we love scifi and fantasy and super heroes.

- Watching Buffy for the first time
- Walking along the harbour on a warm, summer day
- Breakfast Sunday mornings with my flatmate
- Girly movie nights
- Interacting with and adoring people halfway across the world there but for the grace of the internet I would never have met and being able to keep in contact with those that have travelled like they're only a suburb away, not countries.
- Singing along to some old song on the radio in the car and pretending like not everyone around you can see what you're doing
- Seeing someone else in the car behind or beside me singing along to the radio like no one can see them either
- The Lost Boys
- A day off from work in the middle of the week with nothing to do but veg out, read LJ, sleep in and have my kittens stalk me around the house being confused about me being home
- Getting random compliments
- Giving random compliments
- Being able to buy television shows I love on DVD. I remember when that wasn't an option. You'd have to tape something off TV to keep it and watch it again. Ye gods!

- Laughing so hard you're crying and your sides are aching and you can't stop and you can't remember what you're laughing at
